Micahel Klucker, cellist

Michael Klucker is a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's in Music Education and a recipient of the Performer's Recognition and Creative Achievement Awards for his cello performing abilities. Mike has received the “Outstanding New Teacher of the Year Award” for his work at Rolling Valley Elementary School, and was nominated to be “Outstanding New Orchestra Teacher of the Year” for all of Fairfax County Public Schools two years in a row. Mike has been asked to be a clinician, adjudicator, and sectional coach for schools within the DMV area. He has also taught at summer camps including Vienna Summer Strings. He is currently the director of orchestras at Luther Jackson Middle School in Falls Church, VA.
